Toronto Selected Electives
Students in the MBA with CMA Option can take advantage of two selected electives, while the rest of the program courses are required as part of the CMA designation.
Elective courses are designed based upon a survey of the class interests. A diverse and broad range of subject topics are initially offered, from which students indicate preferences. The result is a dynamic blend of topics that are relevant and current to today's business environment.
Students are welcome to take advantage of selected elective courses that are offered to other classes - this results in quite a lot of choice each semester, especially if students take advantage of the Independent Study Projects.
Selected electives in the past have included:
| • E-Business Supply Chain Management | • International Marketing Strategy |
| • Entrepreneurial Finance | • Management of E-Business Environment |
| • Communication in a Managerial Context | • Management of New Technology |
| • Organizational Dynamics and Change | • Human Resource Management |
| • Managing Competitive Intelligence | • Accounting Theory and Advanced Financial Reporting |
