CICDA: Council for the Intellectual and Cultural Development of the Arts
The Council for the Intellectual and Cultural Development of the Arts (CICDA) is a student-run and student-funded organization committed to enhancing the overall university experience for students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts. CICDA achieves this by providing events and services that aim to develop the academic, professional, and social lives of its students. As well as providing Arts Students and Arts Affiliated WLUSU Clubs with funding for educational and cultural projects. These projects include: academic conferences, academic projects, academic activities of department clubs, performing and fine arts events, capital projects and investment in infrastructure, speakers, and independent research.
The CICDA Office is located on the 5th-Floor of the Dr. Alvin Woods Building, DAWB 5-109.
