Co-op and Career Development
Career Development provides the link between business graduates and the employer community
Co-op
The Laurier Co-op Office is dedicated to securing full-time employment positions for students. Acceptance into the co-operative education program gives students the opportunity to apply for jobs posted by the Co-op Office's network of employers, which included but is not limited to Deloitte, KPMG, Bank of Canada, Goldman Sachs Canada, and several other employers across various industries.
In Addition, students in the Laurier Co-op program attend a multitude of sessions throughout the year ranging from cover letter workshops to mock interviews.
Career Centre
The department of Career Development provides comprehensive career planning, job search, and employment services to the University community.
Our priorities are to prepare students and alumni to achieve their career goals through the provision of direct, supportive services, and through partnerships with employers, to assist them in meeting their recruiting needs for full-time, contract, summer, and part-time employees.
