Cancelling Appointments
Policy on cancellations and missed appointments:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you miss two appointments without cancelling 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a fee of $25. and lose your appointment priviledges for the term. To cancel an appointment, call 884-0710 ext. 2220, use our online cancellation form, or drop by the Writing Centre.
Please remember that you do not need to bring in a completed draft when you come for an appointment. However, if you know ahead of time that you will not have much of your draft completed, you should reschedule your appointment and/or use the drop-in hours instead.
