WLU Graduate Student Orientation:  Wednesday, September 8, 2010

The WLUGSA, your graduate and professional student government, runs an Orientation Day for incoming students, with speakers and valuable information on everything from financial aid and the health plan to student life and how to succeed as a graduate student.

The WLUGSA’s Orientation serves two main functions that complement your program-specific orientation events. First, you’ll get a lot of information about the services, resources, and activities available to you on campus and from the GSA. We want to make sure you know how to make the most of your time here and the services you’re paying for. Second, Orientation is your introduction to the broader graduate & professional student community at Laurier, where you can gain an understanding of what it means to be a graduate student and connect with other students in your program and across disciplines.

Orientation will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Check your Laurier email or visit www.wlugsa.ca in early July for registration and program information.
