Graduate students in an approved full time program are eligible to apply for bursary assistance for each term they are in classes (however not while on a work term placement).

• applications for students in the co-op program or who are in class for the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 terms are available online.  You will be able to select the applicable term(s) that you would like to considered for assistance.
• NOTE: this exception only applies to graduate students who are registered as a full time student in the fall 2012 academic term, who would not be in class full time in the winter 2013 academic term.
• One term bursary applications that are submitted in the fall term (fall 2012 only) will be processed late in the fall term, all other bursary applications are processed after the January 14, 2013 deadline.
• only one bursary application is required per academic year, therefore an application could be submitted to request bursary assistance for the fall and spring academic terms (if on a work term placement in the winter term). 
• IMPORTANT NOTE:  all graduate students are required to complete an OSAP application for the terms that they are in school full time.  This is a requirement of our general bursary program, and further details on this requirement can be found online.
