Course Details The Employee Success Factors provide a foundation for many aspects of the Laurier employee experience. Together, they reflect an important set of criteria against which we can evaluate and strive to improve ourselves thereby continuously strengthening our organization. It all begins with us as individuals. A successful employee: Learning Objectives Be able to name the five employee success factors Develop deeper understanding of the five factors and the Identify desired behaviours associated with each factor Create an action plan for performance within each factor Course Benefits This workshop will help employees better understand the employees success factors and how to successfully demonstrate and integrate effective behaviours within each factor.
