Course Details

The Employee Success Factors provide a foundation for many aspects of the Laurier employee experience. Together, they reflect an important set of criteria against which we can evaluate and strive to improve ourselves thereby continuously strengthening our organization. It all begins with us as individuals.
Through this interactive workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of the five Employee Success factors and learn valuable ways to integrate them into their work as successful individuals and employees.

A successful employee:
• Collaborates to promote team and organizational success
• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
• Values relationships and community
• Supports a culture of service
• Models leadership and accountability

Learning Objectives

Be able to name the five employee success factors

Develop deeper understanding of the five factors and the Identify desired behaviours associated with each factor

Create an action plan for performance within each factor

Course Benefits

This workshop will help employees better understand the employees success factors and how to successfully demonstrate and integrate effective behaviours within each factor. Bonus: participants will walk away knowing how to make an origami star!
