Employee Success Factor Certificate Program
NEW THIS YEAR!
Learning and Organizational Development is excited to announce a new and improved certificate program for the upcoming academic year – Employee Success Factor Certificate Program. Workshops are structured to align with each of the five success factors. The goal of the program is to support our employees in effectively demonstrating behaviours associated with the success factors to support Laurier’s Inspiring Lives of Leadership and Purpose proposition statement.

Successful completion of the program requires:
- Completion of 20 hours of participation in workshops (minimum of 3 hours for every success factor)
- Completion of 3 hours of volunteer work on campus
- Completion of Learning Plan prior to participation
- Participation in the Understanding Employee Success Factors workshop
Additional Notes:
1) Participants of previous certificate programs can transfer up to 10 hours to this new certificate program. Learn the details here.
2) Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you are registered, please update your status using the Online Registration system by the registration end date. A cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will result in a departmental charge of $50 and a ‘no show’ will result in a departmental charge of $100.
