Re-evaluation of Existing Jobs

1.  Review the Request for Re-evaluation Guidelines

2.  Complete the Request for Re-evaluation Form, an updated Job Evaluation Questionnaire, and an updated job description.  This should be a joint process between incumbent(s) and the manager.  When completing the Job Evaluation Questionnaire, the Job Evaluation Plan may be a good reference tool in explaining the job factors.  Should you require a copy of the current job class notes, job description, or previously completed job evaluation questionnaire, please contact Human Resources.

3.  Manager should review the final questionnaire, provide any additional comments and sign the Request for Re-evaluation form, the revised Job Evaluation Questionnaire, and the updated job description.  If there is an Administrative Manager in your area, please ensure he/she has also reviewed and signed the information.

4.  Submit 1 hard copy and 1 electronic copy of the documentation to Human Resources.
