Survey distribution is now complete.  If you haven't already done so, please consider completing the survey and returning it in the postage-paid envelope provided.  Your response is valued and appreciated!

Telephone support (519-756-8228 x5630) for those with questions about the study, or in need of assistance completing the survey, is available from March 4-7th, from 5:00-7:00PM. Alternately, you can email your questions to jleclair@wlu.ca at any time.

Who received a survey?

Survey packages were sent home with children attending Grades 1-5 in all public and Catholic schools located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Brantford. If you live outside of the City of Brantford, but your child attends a school within the city, your responses will still be incorporated in the study results.
