Composition:

1. The Dean of the Brantford Campus.  The Dean will chair the Council
2. All full-time faculty members at the Brantford Campus
3. The Manager, Brantford Recruitment Services (non-voting)
4. The Dean of Students, Brantford Campus (non-voting)
5. Associate Registrar (non-voting)
6. One member of the Brantford administrative staff elected by and from Brantford administrative staff
7. Five student representatives as selected by WLUSU
8. Part-time contract academic staff (CAS) representatives:
1. Two elected by and from among CAS of academic units or sub-units, as appropriate, with ten or more full-time faculty members, or
2. One elected from among CAS of academic units or sub-units, as appropriate, with fewer than ten full-time faculty members
9. Administrative manager, Dean's office (Secretary) (non-voting)
10. Brantford Campus Librarians
11. The University Registrar or Designate (non-voting)
12. Coordinator: Academic Program Support (non-voting)
    

Quorum:

Quorum for the Brantford Divisional Council shall be 24 members, at least 50% of whom must be full-time faculty members.
