Looking for an opportunity to meet other people with interests in human rights and social justice? Want an opportunity to start putting some of your ideas into action? Many of our students belong to this group which grew outgrew our HRHD students assocIation.
Our chapter is open to all students with an interest in using media to promote awareness, knowledge and action about human rights.

There is currently an effort to organize a campus chapter for LB.
We have a newly formed chapter of WUSC. "A leading Canadian international development agency, World University Service of Canada (WUSC) is a network of individuals and post-secondary institutions. Our mission is to foster human development and global understanding through education and training."

Possible funding for students attending extracurricular conferences, etc.
The Laurier Alumni Association has a grant program called the Student Horizon
Fund for "students pursuing activities outside the classroom that enhance their
