Job history:
After completing my undergraduate degree at U of Guelph, I was employed as a veterinarian's assistant, where I learned basic blood collecting techniques, physical restraints, and many other skills that will (hopefully) help me out in the lab! Also during my undergrad I completed a research project determining the effects of specific glucose inhibitors on varying areas of rainbow trout GIT, with an informal presentation to fellow classmates and supervising faculty members.
