Telephone Upgrade Policy
* All full-time staff, faculty, and administrators will be provided a basic phone (Meridian model 3901).
* Secretaries, administrative assistants or executive assistants who handle multiple lines outside of their immediate environment or who handle a large volume of service requests from the Laurier community (internal calls) will be provided a display phone (Meridian model 3902, or 3903, or 3904). The selection of the phone model will be determined by Information Technology Services for the specific load requirements of the function.
* Any other user requesting a phone with additional features will pay the cost of the upgraded phone.
