Community Engagement at Laurier
This report presents findings and recommendations that were generated through a scan of Community-Engaged Teaching, Learning, and Research at Wilfrid Laurier University (Laurier). This project took place from November 2012 to July 2013 and was coordinated by the Centre for Community Service-Learning, in consultation with multiple stakeholders.?
Laurier is committed to Inspiring Lives of Leadership and Purpose, to getting students involved in community, and to making a positive difference in the world. In close alignment with this commitment, this project was aimed at increasing awareness and institutional capacity for community engagement. It is our hope that this document serves as a resource for further efforts to strengthen Community-Engaged Teaching, Learning, and Research at Laurier.
