China and Nepal: International Extended Practica
An international teaching experience is invaluable in broadening one’s perspective and sharing that global outlook with one’s future students. Currently the Laurier’s Faculty of Education has opportunities for extended practica in China (several sites) and Nepal. Both of these experiences occur following the six-week practicum in May-early June. Students will be placed in schools where English is the mode of communication for at least part of the school day. After graduation, many overseas possibilities exist for employment, which typically are listed on this page.
