2013 LEAP Bursary Program
LEAP thanks the Elmira Kiwanis Club and the Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club for their generous donations to the LEAP bursary program.
Applications for bursaries will be accepted beginning March 19. Please note that there are 2 deadlines for bursary requests - April 30 and May 15.
Limited bursary funding is available so LEAP may not be able to fill all requests.
