Our Master of Science in Management (MSc) is a 12 month degree that combines course work with the opportunity to work on your own independent research project with the guidance of a faculty supervisor. Our supervisors are committed to providing exceptional mentoring by working with students one-on-one to develop their research skills.

Our PhD in Management (Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management) is a four-year program. In the first two years, students complete courses and their comprehensive exams. In the third and fourth years, students focus on research with their supervisor and other faculty members. Opportunities for teaching are also available. If you complete your MSc with us, you will receive credit for those courses you have already completed, which can decrease the length of the time it takes to complete this degree.
