Max Spear, BBA/BMath '11
Max Spear graduated in 2011 with an Honours Bachelor of Business
Administration from Laurier and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the
University of Waterloo. Upon graduating, he continued to build a technology
start-up in the Waterloo Region which he co-founded during his undergrad.
Later in 2011, Mr. Spear joined the management consulting firm McKinsey &
Company in Toronto as a Generalist Business Analyst. Since joining McKinsey,
Max has worked with senior executives across an array of industries including
telecom, aerospace, and the public sector, primarily helping clients around
strategic issues in pricing and innovation.
