Colin Stewart is the Chief Executive Officer, a Director and a Portfolio Manager
     at JCClark Ltd., a Toronto based independent investment firm that he co-
     founded in 2001. Mr. Stewart has responsibility for the firm’s investment team
     and is the Portfolio Manager for the JCClark Focused Opportunities Fund, a
     concentrated long/short equity hedge fund and the JCClark Preservation Trust,
     the firm’s flagship fund which is a North American long/short equity fund.  He
     started his career in the Corporate Finance division of CIBC World Markets and
     then joined Connor Clark & Co. Ltd. as an analyst where he worked directly
     with the Chief Investment Officer.  Mr. Stewart holds an Honours Bachelor of
     Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a
     Chartered Financial Analyst.
