Craig Langdon is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Deans Knight
     Capital Management Ltd., one of Canada’s leading investment firms, which he
     joined in 1999.  Mr. Langdon and his team focus on investing capital for high
     net worth individuals, with two strategies that provide either long term capital
     growth, or long term income with capital preservation.  Mr. Langdon is also the
     CEO and director of Deans Knight Income Corporation, a publicly traded
     company created by Deans Knight in 2009 to focus on investing in high yield
     bonds.  Mr. Langdon is active in the community, and is a director of a BC
     based professional cycling team.  He is also a Chartered Accountant, and
     Chartered Financial Analyst.
