Robert Giammarco is a Managing Director in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s
     Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Giammarco is head of their Insurance
     Investment Banking practice for the Americas and is responsible for managing
     a variety of the firm’s key relationships in the insurance and insurance services
     sectors.  Prior to rejoining Merrill Lynch in 2006, Mr. Giammarco served as 
     Chief Financial Officer of Odyssey Re Holdings, a publicly traded global
     reinsurance company that has since been fully acquired by Fairfax Financial
     Holdings.  Prior to joining Odyssey, he was a Managing Director at Bank of
     America Securities and was also a member of the Insurance Investment
     Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co.
