Steve Divitkos is the Founder and Managing Principal of RedLeaf Management
     Partners, a privately-held investment firm that seeks to identify, acquire, and
     subsequently operate a single small-medium sized business in Canada.  Prior
     to founding RedLeaf, Mr. Divitkos worked in the Infrastructure Private Equity
     and Private Debt groups at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board
     (“CPPIB”), the independent investment management organization formed to
     help sustain the pensions of 18 million working Canadians.  While at CPPIB,
     Steve helped source, analyze, structure and ultimately consummate several
     investments across a diverse set of industries and throughout the entire capital
     structure, ranging from senior secured term loans to high-yield mezzanine debt
     and private equity investments. 

Steve holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid
Laurier University, where he graduated with distinction concentrating in finance and economics.
