Mark Aiello graduated from Laurier in 2002 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts
     Economics and Financial Management degree.  Mr. Aiello is the Strategic Risk
     Practice Leader for the Canadian arm of Marsh Risk Consulting.  He initially
     began his career at Marsh in 2003 as part of the Risk Analyst Program.  In
     2005, Mr. Aiello joined Oliver Wyman and spent five years in the Corporate
     Risk Practice, focusing on quantification and development of risk capital
     strategies for enterprise risk management.  Since returning to Marsh in 2010,
     Mr. Aiello has lead the Strategic Risk and Assessment Practices in Canada,
     helping clients develop and implement corporate risk management programs.
