Meanwhile, government funding to support post-secondary education continues to shrink, while the number of students seeking affordable, quality higher education opportunities grows exponentially.

The harsh reality facing today’s Laurier students
Their reality is that:

• Today, tuition fees only cover half of the costs of a Laurier education.
• Today, half of all Laurier students require financial aid – that’s more than 7,000 students every year.
• Today, Laurier has seen a 110% increase in the number of students applying for financial aid.
