Graduate Enhancement Fee
Faculty and staff are invited to submit
applications for projects in support of the priority areas identified in the
Graduate Enhancement Fee agreement, as passed by a referendum held by the GSA
in 1995.
This round of Graduate Enhancement Fee funding will be awarded to projects that
enhance the graduate student experience at the university.
To be eligible for funding, projects must fall within one of the following
areas:
a. Space, equipment and furnishings for graduate students
b. Technology for graduate students
c. Resources for graduate students
d. Graduate student funding (scholarships, bursaries and awards)
e. Out-of-classroom academics (conferences, etc.)
Preference will be given to projects requesting funds for a one-year commitment,
and those that have an impact on a significant number of graduate students.
Submissions will be evaluated and approved by a committee representing the GSA
and the university.
Applications for the 2012/2013 GEF cycle have now closed. Applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision in May 2013.
