JN423: Journalism Project



Students complete a detailed, investigative, researched explanatory, public journalism or computer-assisted database analysis project, which is expressed in a form that matches their area of concentration, including print, broadcast, new media or reflective research paper (public journalism project). Individual projects must be approved by the journalism program, and be conducted under the supervision of a faculty member in the program.

Applying to JN423

Students must first register in JN 423 on LORIS and then complete the online proposal form (please find the form in the Related Information section at the bottom of this page) to express interest in enrolling in this course.  You must provide some initial thoughts regarding the topic you wish to pursue and can attach additional information if you wish.  Please note that JN423 is a full year course.

Deadline

The online form must be completed no later than Monday, July 23, 2012 for the 2012-2013 academic year.
