Complete the registration form and send it to the Professional Development office by mail, email or fax.

Payment is accepted by cheque, money order, MasterCard®, Visa® or American Express®. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. All credit card information is stored using a secure method until the workshop is complete and is then destroyed.
Receipts are issued once payment has been received. If you are eligible to claim a tax credit for tuition fees, your receipt will be required as proof of enrolment. Please note that the T2202A form (Tuition and Education Amounts Certificate) is not issued for courses offered through Professional Development.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you withdraw from a course up to two weeks before the start date, you will be eligible for a full refund. You must contact the Professional Development office by email or telephone to withdraw. Withdrawals within two weeks of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Course may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the start date if there is insufficient enrolment. Registration fees will be automatically refunded.
Cancellations Due to Weather
If courses are cancelled due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the date. If you cannot attend on that date, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations due to weather will be posted on the Faculty of Social Work website at /fsw.
