Responsibility
The President, or his/her designate, shall ensure that the BCP is developed, maintained and tested periodically. The Emergency Operations Group (EOG), a key part of the emergency response organization identified in the ERP, will be responsible for assessing the extent/scope of the emergency situation and deciding whether the BCP should be invoked for the area(s) affected.
If the BCP is invoked, the VP: Finance & Administration (a member of the EOG) will assemble the BCP team which will oversee resumption activities for affected areas(s). The BCP team consists of the following members:

VP : University Advancement
VP: Research
Registrar
Director of Information Technology Services
AVP, Human Resources
AVP, Physical Resources
AVP, Financial Resources
Librarian
Depending on the areas(s) affected, the respective VP or AVP will implement business resumption activities.
