The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Theresa Libby as Visiting Academic Fellow of the CMA Canada Centre of Excellence for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Theresa Libby, a Chartered Accountant, is a Professor of Accounting in the School of Accounting and Finance, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She received her PhD in 1996 from the University of Waterloo. Her research interests include the manager's use of accounting information for decision-making, the effects of budgeting processes on performance, accounting ethics and innovation in management accounting systems.
