Mail Delivery
Distribution Services provides pickup and delivery of all internal and external University mail, distribution of flyers and pickup of the following items: Equitable Insurance Group Benefits Envelopes, Courier packages to be sent out by Shipping and Receiving, I.U.T.S., personal stamped mail, delivery of Printing Services orders, inter-office envelope supplies, and shipping label supplies.
Remember that your account number must be on every single piece of outgoing mail or packages. This helps us charge postage to the correct account and to help identify if your department has a piece of mail returned as undeliverable.

Distribution Services recently expanded our services to include automated insertion. Our multi-mailing machine will fold, stuff, and seal envelopes at a rate of 5,400 envelopes per hour - up to four pieces including letters, flyers, cards, brochures, business reply envelopes and/or booklets. Inserts should be at minimum 1/2" narrower than the width of the envelope and 1/4" shorter on height. To receive additional specifications and pricing contact Chasity Stewart ext. 6257.
