THE ASAC CASE TRACK

"Promoting Excellence in Case Research, Writing, and Teaching"

The ASAC Case Track is a non-profit, voluntary professional association whose mission is to promote excellence in case research, writing, and teaching. It is associated with the Administrative Sciences Association (ASAC), the professional society for those interested in the teaching, research and practice of management in Canada. The ASAC Case Track seeks to accomplish its mission by:

  • Sponsoring an annual meeting for the presentation and improvement of new, peer-reviewed cases (held as part of the ASAC Annual Meetings);
  • Working with the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, the North American Case Research Association (NACRA), and others to promote the writing and distribution of cases in Canada and internationally;
  • Working to enhance the legitimacy and status of case research and pedagogy within academic institutions and professional associations.
