Educational institutions only may order fax, e-mail or phone their order to us. Companies or individuals wishing to order cases need to submit their request in writing to the mailing address listed below and include payment. Shipping and handling fees are extra and will be charged at cost. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

Standard case orders are printed on 8.5" x 11" white paper, double-sided and corner stapled. Other options would include: 3-hole punched, single-side printed, not stapled or shrink-wrapped. If you require one of these options please specify when ordering.

If you wish to obtain permission to reproduce, download the "Request for One-time Permission to Reproduce" form. Print the form from your browser and then fax the completed form to Laurier Business & Economics for approval.

Free inspection copies of cases to faculty. Call for details.

Teaching notes are available for most cases. As teaching notes are available only to teaching personnel, a contact name and telephone number are required so that we may verify teaching status.
