My name is Mel McSweeney and I am currently in my third year of the Laurier music program. I chose Laurier as my university because I loved the sense of community I felt as soon as I stepped on campus. At Laurier, each student has the potential to make a difference in the lives of other students, which is what I most enjoy doing. For the rest of my life I hope to entertain people onstage, while continuing to foster my love of music and theater.
