Meet your Reading Group Facilitators: Part 3
We are thrilled to introduce you to Crystal and Chris today
Hi Everyone! My name is Crystal and I am a fourth year English student here at Laurier. I'll be one of the reading group facilitators this year for the Common Reading Program. I've read Indian Horse and it is a great read -- I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did! I've even picked up Richard Wagamese's newest novel and hope to read it as well before the end of August. I look forward to meeting everyone in September and having some interesting discussions. Indian Horse offers a wide range of topics for discussion, and I can't wait to hear your thoughts and interpretations. Enjoy the rest of your summer and I'll see you in September.
Hello. My name is Chris and I will be one of the reading group facilitators for the Common Reading Program. Currently, I am finishing up my fourth year as an English student with a French minor. Being from Northern Ontario myself, I felt a special connection with this book and I am looking forward to collaborating with others to get a diversity of opinions on the inherent issues of this novel. I look forward to meeting you all in a couple of weeks!

Meet Your Reading Group Facilitators: Part 2
Today we are excited to introduce you to a couple more of your CRP Reading Group Facilitators.
Hello and welcome to WLU’s Common Reading Program! My name is Kathryn and I am a fifth year music student who will be facilitating group discussions in the fall. I am looking forward to reading this book together, discovering intriguing topics and challenges, and getting to know you. Enjoy what’s left of your summer and welcome to Wilfrid Laurier University!
Hello. My name is Breanne and I am one of the reading group facilitators for the Common Reading Program! This summer I visited Portugal for a month, which was one of the best experiences of my life. The rest of my summer has been spent working retail, which is definitely not as fun as traveling! Besides travel, I love studying History and English at Laurier, and I can't wait to start my third year in September. I am also very excited to meet you and introduce you to the Common Reading Program. I really encourage each of you to not only read Indian Horse, but also to participate by attending orientation events in September. Not only will the Common Reading Program be a great way to connect with fellow Golden Hawks, it will also serve as an excellent introduction to the Arts program at Laurier.
Don't forget to introduce yourself in the comments section below so we can get to know you! We are eager to learn about who you are, your interests, and what you think about Indian Horse.
