- The 360-degree feedback process is for developmental purposes and only participants will see the results
- Results are summarized by category of rater; Manager, Direct Reports, Peers and Other. If there are less than three raters in any category (other than manager), results will be combined into the other category to maintain strict confidentiality of all raters. At no point will the person you rate know your specific answers.
- Be as honest as possible in completing your feedback survey as honest feedback is the best way for our leaders to have a clear understanding of their strengths as a leader.
