Key highlights

  • The 360-degree feedback process is for developmental purposes and only participants will see the results
  • Results are summarized by category of rater; Manager, Direct Reports, Peers and Other. If there are less than three raters in any category (other than manager), results will be combined into the other category to maintain strict confidentiality of all raters.
  • Cohorts of participants will go through the program together, creating the opportunity to connect with colleagues.
