All students MUST apply to graduate by completing the Application to Graduate online form found at: http://www.wlu.ca/roforms.
Deadline dates for applying to graduate are as follows:

|January 16 to April 15 (application fee plus late fee apply)||August 2 to October 1 (application fee plus late fee apply)|
|After April 15 - no applications accepted||After October 1 - no applications accepted|

Make sure you check LORIS for updates on your Application to Graduate under Unofficial Record of Course Work and/or Official Grades (depending on the time of year) for the last term of registration.

If you have applied to graduate and are unable to attend the Convocation Ceremony, you may complete the Convocation Non-Attendance form available at: http://www.wlu.ca/roforms
An email notification will be sent to those who have been cleared to graduate approximately two weeks before the ceremony, to confirm the degree and program granted, as well as the date and time of your ceremony. Make sure you clear any outstanding fees or holds.
