If you are requesting a Verification of Education for one of our students, fax your request along with written consent of the student and the following requested information to 519-884-8826, Att: Jodi and/or Joanne. Our normal response time is 24 to 48 hours. Note that we will not respond to any requests where there is a Hold on the student's file.

Requested Information (please make sure your request is complete before submitting it to us)

• Student ID# (if they know it)
• Maiden name (if applicable)
• Complete name as they were registered here (ie. legal name including any middle names, any names that are hyphenated, etc.)
• Written authorization from the student (we will not respond without this)
• If calling from outside Canada, include a direct fax number, 1-800 numbers do not always work

If any of this information is missing, it will delay our response time.
