The Communications and Public Affairs office promotes internal and
external events through news releases, social media, media
outreach, website articles and articles in insideLaurier and Campus Magazine. To help us determine the most appropriate way to promote your event or initiative, please fill out our communications request form using the following steps. Please note, we require at least three weeks' notice before events/announcements.
1. Save the Request for Communications PDF to your computer.
2. Open it with a PDF reader (Acrobat Reader is available free if you do not already have it).
3. Fill out the form on your computer and save the file.
4. Email the saved PDF as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have difficulty filling out the form using Acrobat Reader, you can print the form and send it to CPAM via inter-office mail.
