Registration Fees for the Integrated and Engaged Learning Conference 2015

Registration includes full conference program and materials, all refreshments, two lunches and reception.
The registration deadline is April 30, 2015. If you wish to register after this date, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds: If you wish to modify or cancel your fees, you must email email@example.com with your request before April 30, 2015.
BURSARIES FOR STUDENTS:
Students (graduate and undergraduate) who register at the conference are eligible for support to offset the cost of their travel to and from the venue. The exact amount of the bursary will depend on the number of bursary applications
Student Bursaries cover the costs of registration and travel to the campus (at the most economical rate). In addition, students who will be travelling more than 50 kms to the campus at Waterloo are eligible for reimbursement for accommodations at Hotel Laurier rates ($45 per night plus tax). Your application for a bursary should include your name and contact information, the name of your institution, your diploma or degree, your academic program, a 100-word statement indicating why you wish to attend the conference, and how your attendance will further your professional development and career planning.

You must be registered for the conference to obtain a bursary!
HOW TO REGISTER and APPLY FOR A STUDENT BURSARY:
Click on "show other payment options" line (this line is found - under the "Order Now" green button) then click on "pay offline" and fill out the form with name, address etc. and finally to complete the registration click on the green button that says "pay by cheque" (It will give instructions to mail a cheque to Connie Davison - Please do not mail in a cheque)
TO CLAIM STUDENT BURSARY EXPENSES:
Expense claim forms will be available at the Registration Desk at the conference. Please include all receipts when you submit your claim and return to Connie Davison, 75 University Ave West, Waterloo, Ontario N2L 3C5.
