Contact Katie, the Lab Coordinator, as soon as possible if you are going to miss or have missed any problem session. There are no 'deferred' lab assignment writes.
Description of Lab Sessions: At the start of each lab session, a set of problems based on current work and required skill level will be handed out and each student will complete as much of the report as he/she can in the time allotted. Students should work independently on the problems, but may ask questions of the lab IA concerning general approaches, etc., to take. The final 20 minutes of the lab session will consist of a closed book quiz that's completed online using WeBWorK.
Schedule of Lab Topics/Lab Prep/Solutions: All necessary information will be posted at the MA100 lab link in MyLearningSpace. The website will be updated on a weekly basis with laboratory preparatory notes and solutions to assignments. Online homework questions are to be completed using WeBWorK before the lab. Refer to this site regularly in order to stay informed on course/lab material!
***MyLearningSpace updates for Winter Courses will start in early January, 2014.***
