IPRM training and information workshops were offered throughout the spring, summer and fall to provide information about the IPRM process. The Laurier community was invited to attend the full-day workshops, which covered the principles of integrated planning, academic and administrative prioritization and resource management.

A Board of Governors workshop was held on September 13

A Staff and Faculty workshop was held on August 28 (Brantford campus)

A Faculty-only workshop was held on August 27 (Waterloo campus)

Workshops were also held on April 25 & 26 and June 25.
