Role of the Academic Priorities Team:

• A mandate for the academic priorities group will be set by the PTF.
• Academic prioritization criteria will be determined by the academic priorities team and approved by the PTF. Criteria should address qualitative as well as quantitative criteria. 
  
• The academic priorities team will apply these criteria to assess all academic programs at the university and will report to the PTF on its deliberations.
• The academic priorities team will make recommendations to the PTF regarding academic programs that should be enhanced, maintained, restructured or phased out.
