IPRM Working Groups
The IPRM's Planning Task Force (PTF) oversees three constituent teams: the Resource Management Team, the Academic Priorities Team and the Administrative Priorities Team.
Since the working groups began training and meetings in February 2013, the PTF has worked to develop mandates and guiding documents for each of the working groups, as well as establish project timelines.
The working groups have focused on finalizing decision protocols and developing program evaluation criteria.
Establishing the IPRM working groups
Faculty and staff were invited to submit nominations of individual(s) to serve on the IPRM teams. The teams were constructed from the nominations list via a process that involved both elections and appointments.
For details about each team's composition and role, please click on the team name on the left-hand menu.
