Custodial/Maintenance Services
Currently, Physical Resources consists of part-time and full-time custodial staff. Custodial staff are responsible for:
- Building Cleanliness
- Building Maintenance
- Grounds Maintenance
- Parking Lot Maintenance
- Setup and Take Down of Events
Building Maintenance involves the following:
- Working with outside trades for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
- Hanging items (Pictures/Paintings, Bulletin Boards)
- Moving Furniture (Office Spaces)
- Lightbulb Replacements
