Currently, Physical Resources consists of part-time and full-time custodial staff. Custodial staff are responsible for:

• Building Cleanliness
• Building Maintenance
• Grounds Maintenance
• Parking Lot Maintenance
• Setup and Take Down of Events

Building Maintenance involves the following:

• Working with outside trades for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Hanging items (Pictures/Paintings, Bulletin Boards)
• Moving Furniture (Office Spaces)
• Lightbulb Replacements
