Laurier Brantford is undertaking a strategic plan project. The previous strategic plan was published in 2005 with a five-year implementation timeframe. This updated plan will be aligned and integrated with the overall plan for Wilfrid Laurier University.

The Acting Principal hired a consultant via the WLU Request for Proposals process to facilitate the project. The Principal’s Advisory Committee (PAG) has recommended the formation of a Strategic Planning Committee (SPC). The SPC will work with the consultant to ensure that the project’s process and results are supportable by the Laurier Brantford community and useful for the Laurier Brantford Faculty and administration.
