OneCard



  Laurier’s OneCard is a photo identification card to be used at all campuses of Wilfrid Laurier University. The OneCard is one of the most important pieces of identification you will have while at Laurier. This card acts as your Library Card, Athletics Card and Bus Pass. (Note: Bus Pass is only for full-time students.)

If your OneCard is lost or stolen, replacement cards can be purchased for $20.  Damaged or broken cards will be replaced free of charge.

Laurier Brantford OneCard photos may be taken at Service Laurier Brantford, which is located on the 2nd floor of Grand River Hall (GRH202), to the right as you enter the front doors.


STUDENT ONECARD:

Laurier OneCard is your official Student ID. We require the following in order to provide you with your OneCard:

1. Your student number.
2. Proof that you are enrolled in classes at Laurier.
    • Please bring a print out from LORIS that shows you are enrolled in a class, or
    • your acceptance letter.
3. One piece of government issued ID with your photo on it. Some examples include:
    • Driver’s License;
    • Health Card;
    • Passport

Please note: If your OneCard is lost or stolen, replacement cards can be purchased for $20.  Damaged or broken cards will be replaced free of charge.  Service Laurier Brantford Staff will require proof of enrollment and one piece of government issued ID at the time of replacement.


FACULTY/STAFF ONECARD:

Laurier OneCard is your official Faculty/Staff ID. We require the following in order to provide you with your OneCard:

1. Your employee number.
2. One piece of government issued ID with your photo on it. Some examples include:
    • Driver’s License;
    • Health Card;
    • Passport
