Templates

The Self-Study template has been prepared in accordance with Policy 2.1 - Cyclical Review of Undergraduate and Graduate Programs as well as the cyclical review evaluation criteria outlined in the Quality Assurance Framework.  This template is to be used for all undergraduate, graduate, and augmented reviews scheduled for 2013-2014.  

Any questions with regards to the self-study template or the data required for its completion can be directed to the Quality Assurance Office.
