Cyclical Review Timelines
The following timelines apply to all undergraduate and graduate reviews taking place during or after the 2011/2012 academic year.

| Letters sent out to academic units notifying them of upcoming review | September 15th (of year before self-study is due) |
| Submission of draft Self-Study Volumes I-III *new* | by July 1st (of year self-study is due) |
| Feedback provided on draft materials by Faculty Dean | by August 15th |
| Submission of final version of Self-Study | by September 15th |
| Program Review Sub-Committee provides ranking of external reviewers | by October 1st |
| External Reviewers' site visit | dependent on reviewer and unit availability (usually November - February) |
| Submission of External Reviewers' report | within six weeks of site visit |
| Academic unit response to External Reviewers' report | by March 15th |
| Final Assessment Report prepared by Dean in consultation with VP:A and AVP: TL submitted to Program Review Sub-Committee | by April 15th |
| Final Assessment Report submitted to Senate, Board of Governors and Quality Council | by May 15th |
| Submission of Annual Monitoring Report *new* | by April 15th (due annually until next review) |
| Review and feedback on Annual Monitoring Report by Program Review Sub-Committee *new* | each May (annually until next review) |
